They must have us confused

Kim comments on Candy's site:
"I just read through that anti-Candy blog by Elena and the others... it was truly sickening. I could not even leave a comment to their filth. I can't believe how they toss around scriptures about peace and love on a blog that is literally bashing a person and what they believe truth is. I am truly sorry Candy, I guess the only light is that you are being persecuted for His name sake! You are a wonderful wife and mother and a blessing to so many others, don't lose sight of that. There is no response to that type of ugliness and unGodliness used in God's good name. One woman named Angie said "when you have a woman who fills her mind with anti-catholic bigotry..."blah blah and on and on about you Candy...so this Angie's response to that is "you turn the other cheek on something like that and there is no telling the damage that will be done" Well if that really is how those ladies feel then they don't know Jesus at all. Jesus turned the other cheek, and bore all our sins upon his back, he bled and died on a cross for us. We have nothing left to prove, it is a gift of love. Candy, you don't have to publish this comment if you don't want to, I am not trying to stir up anger from obvious anti-christians, not just anti-Candyites. I am praying that even if they can't let go of their "catholic vendetta" then they can truly begin to understand Jesus and having a true a personal relationship with Him, one that changes you so greatly that you are no longer that person that does ugly things. Jesus' victory is our hope. They say on their blog that they are not bashing or name calling just making a justified response to something "anti-catholic". But WE do not have to defend what is God given, God is the defender of the brethren. "vengeance is mine says the Lord, I shall repay" that being said I don't peruse the internet for "anti-christian" people/media/blogs/propoganda (propaganda) and then make blogs in response to them. I guess we should all get out there and make blogs against the public school system, darwinism, gays for marriage, divorce, etc. etc. etc. Anyplace where we as christians (I don't understand why she doesn't capitalize her faith) feel like the opposite of God's truth is being declared. Let's just focus on Christ and who He is, not on the speck in eachothers eyes. I didn't leave a comment on their blog and I won't because I read their "sweet and Godly" kidding, responses to people who "oppose" them, and I will not be visiting their blog again. All I can do is pray for them that Jesus' love and kindness will overwhelm them and they will come to repentance. Jesus bless you Candy."
Boy she sure does not know about us. Yes Kim we are different than the VTC. You should email Elena and tell her how much you appreciate her professional and courteous blog. I highlighted what I considered to be hypocritical. The idea that someone would write to Candy to turn the other cheek, religion is a personal relationship with God, a Catholic Vendetta????, once you find Christ you stop doing ugly things, and that we should all do blogs opposing what we are against. First they do all post blogs about what they dislike, right. Darwinism, gays, divorce, public school, and Catholics are all topics on Candy's page. She then goes on to write that we do not have to defend our religion, basically. Then stop, you pack of morons. Why do you continue to put down other religions to justify your own? Stop saying nasty things like "you are dumb," "you don't know your religion," and all the other nastiness that comes out of their site. How does Kim know that the ladies at the VTC don't know Jesus? Who is she to make that determination? She begins by addressing Angie quoting only half of what she said, and then finishing it off with blah blah blah. Exactly that is an intelligent retort for sure. I suppose the ladies at the VTC are using multi syllable words that come off as gibberish to Candy and her cronies. Ladies at the VTC you may want to "dumb down" your retorts and rhetoric. It is flying over the heads of the MENSA candidate. Stop confusing them with scriptures. They don't understand. You may want to start using pictures.
We do bash Candy. We rarely use scripture to do it. We use common sense and sarcasm on this site. We use our greatest asset: intelligence.

This is soooo addicting...!!!
I'm going away on Holiday on Saturday and i'm no where near prepared. And now i've found this and i just can't tear myself away.

I used Candy's site a lot in the beginning. I'm married, got 4 Kids etc..etc.. and yes her posts were very helpful, but as time went by you do start to see bits of this and that poking through. Ive never really read any of her RC's, never really understood!!?? but i can see the damage and seriousness that these thoughts of hers are causing.
There are a lot of great comments here on this blog. It's a shame that Candy won't let herself listen to others with different views. It really does make one stop and think.
Now,,, I've got to go and pack. Hubby will be home soon..!!
just thought i'd stop by and say hello..So Hello to all and i'm sure i'll be back very soon..

KJ said...

You're so right Diana, this is addicting! A question, if you please, does Candy live in a trailer on a trailer park or on a normal street? Coming from England we don't really have trailers over here, I'm assuming they are the same as a mobile home. Is it terrible to live in a trailer? Is there something wrong with living in a trailer? If there isn't why does Candy hide the fact she lives in a trailer? Sorry to go on but I just don't get it:)

Diana said...

See, I knew i wouldn't be able to tear myself away..
As i'm from England also i don't really understand what you mean about a trailer park as such. I'm guessing it's the same term as our Mobile Homes. I don't think there's anything wrong with where you live and what you live in, so i don't understand why Candy won't admit it-if she does live in one, which i don't really know because she has never said!?!
(I'm really scared here guys. I'm trying so hard to not make spelling mistakes..ha-ha!!)

Working up to Zero said...

Spelling mistakes in comments are not an issue, there is no handy spell check. Spelling mistakes when you are posting a blog where there is handy spell checking telling others how the KJV made you about 20IQ points smart and Mense specially invited you to join is setting yourself up for ridicule.

Matthew said...

don't worry about punctuality or spelling in comments. You can't check them so everyone gets a pass. Using words like irregardless, though I may say something, and encourage others to point out misused words, regardless of their spelling. There is no excuse for not hitting spell check on posts on a blog though

Working up to Zero said...

I would just want to also point out that, in a way, Kim does Elena a favor. Anyone who gets curious enough to go to VTC is bound to thing Kim was off her rocker and Candy too for publishing the comment.

Working up to Zero said...

I meant Think not thing up there

Matthew said...

Trailer houses are the same as mobile homes, and in the U.S. there is a stigma associated with it. It is called "trailer trash." I don't see anything wrong with living in a mobile home considering I use to, and I do plan on in the future, while our home is getting built, to be in one. The issue I have is that Candy is incapable of saying that she lives in one. To tell us how humble and wonderful her home is, but refuses to acknowledge that it is a mobile home seems to be contridictory and also hypocritical.

Ginger is now bragging on Candy's site that this site posted a blog in her honor. Puuhhhleeeese!

I think my issue with Candy is that I simply do not recognise the Catholic Church in the rubbish that she writes about it.

Since she so obviously lies about that when it is so easy to check the facts (the Catechism is on-line, you can read the Bible on-line, many, many of the Church's Encyclicals and other teachings are on-line and all free to access), what else is she lying about?

How come, if she claims to be a Christian, she doesn't pay taxes (I'm sure some bloke had something to say about "rendering unto Caesar 2,000 years ago), she bears false witness, she actively gives out dangerous advice, and she mocks and discourages her sisters in Christ instead of building them up?

barbie said...

ah ginger! so sad really. didn't she say on her page she wasn't coming back here..and yet she just knew that we had said good bye? I guess she's a bit of a voyeur afterall...too much tv I'll bet!

Amusing...I am now privleged to be able to be allowed to see her page (not redirected to jesusislord.com anymore), but I still can't comment. Sad. I'll have to post all my snarky thoughts here.

There exists such a thing as Christian trailer parks?

It turns into one as soon as Candy moves in. Don't ya know! LOL

Nu-uh. They don't live in a trailer.

luckie50 said...

Hey Mr.

Just wanted to say that I am 99% positive that is not their address. That Erik is a much older man and his wife is not Candy. Now, if you look in Akron, there is a Erik and Candy. Candy is trying to deceive people into thinking she lives in Oklahoma.

Anonymous said...

Isn't funny that someone here mentioned looking at her menu and it is up. According to her people have been asking for it. I thought she didn't read these pages. Things that make you go Hmmmm!

Yu - Hu she does to live in a trailer. It looks just like the one I lived in for 3 years when I was a little girl. No joke.

Anonymous said...

You people are taking over my life. I have to run away. I admit I don't want to. If I don't we will have no clean clothes! Someone stop me from cleaning my house. This computer is way more fun.

kritterc said...

OK - Just to set a few things straight. First - I am not a Candy fan - I personally think she is nuts, but she HAS posted that she lives in a mobile home. I remember reading it. Also - I am pretty sure she does live in Oklahoma - at least the church she attends is in Oklahoma.

concernedcitizen said...

You MEAN the church she says she attends???? Do we know this for sure?? We certainly can not take her word for it.

AmandaL said...

I am shocked she even attends church. Who needs to attend church when you know so much about the bible that you can preach to others about how they are always wrong and going to hell? I wouldn't want to be her pastor--could you imagine? Bet she has let him know a time or two how he misinterpreted the scripture and is now doomed to hell....

concernedcitizen said...

No, because she went and interviewed her pastor to make sure they were KJV only. Remember that post?

concernedcitizen said...

For the record, I don't think Candy does attend church.

kritterc said...

Well - all I know is that she mentions going to places that are in the Oklahoma City vicinity. She mentions attending specific events (Like the balloon lift in Bricktown and rallies at the capitol.) If she does not live here, then she certainly knows her way around here and is up on the current events. Who knows? Maybe I am wrong.

KJ said...

God, I just can't stay away!! Thanks for clearing up the trailer issue. I always wondered! There isn't a stigma in living in a mobile home here in England. I must go and check out her menu. Back soon!

Milehimama @ Mama Says said...

The district Mr. Brauer ran for office in, and the address listed, is Akron, CO.

"Milehimama" grew up in CO. Akron is a very small place on the plains, a several hours from Denver.

Wouldn't an overtly Christian trailer park (Assuming that means they only rent to Christians, otherwise what would be the point?) violate the Equal Housing law?

KJ said...

Just another quick thought, didn't she say in response to "Anne" that the house she was living in would be the third that they have owned? According to the comment from Mr they are renting. Is this yet another deception from Mrs Brauer? I also seem to remember Candy saying she had officiated her own wedding, did I imagine that? I can't check her archives because, surprisingly, they aren't there!

Milehimama @ Mama Says said...

Weirder and weirder...
the addresss listed with the Secretary of State on First Street in Akron, CO...

...is the address of a daycare.

Milehimama @ Mama Says said...

I have been wondering, what exactly "structured free time" is? The things her littles do while she exercises?

Amanda #1 said...

I'm pretty sure the older ones amuse themselves in their rooms while the younger ones sleep. Though I think I've read she puts the youngest in a play pen. Clearly, her kid is different than mine are, b/c either one of my kids would be pretty ticked off if I tossed them in the play pen for 45 minutes while I exercised.

Amanda #1 said...

How very odd....I could see her blog this morning, but now I am again redirected to jesusislord. The only place I posted about the phenomenon was here. Could it be possible that Candy is lowering herself to read not only the "hateful" posts of this blog, but also the "vile" comments? (Though she just went shopping; where DOES she find the time!)

concernedcitizen said...

I would be ticked off if I were her kid and was put in my room all the time for her to exercise 75 mins. and look like I was a wrestler. Seriously, I believe .1%of the crap she posts.

Gotta run...I am off to the store to buy 10 times the stuff I need so I can become a hoarder. That is normal....right?

concernedcitizen said...

Trust me, she is reading this blog and the comments. This is why she is getting back to the home stuff and getting off the Catholic bashing. She isn't happy that this site is getting triple the comments. Lies eventually catch up to you Ms. Candy.

Carolyn said...

Candy does live in a mobile home. She admits it here http://www.thebuildingbrows.com/2008/01/happy-new-year.html
I'm not putting her down for that. I just can't stand her bragadocious claims of a palatial palace. She's previously posted about her oldest DS being a liar. I wonder where he got it from?

Amanda #1 said...

Good find, Carolyn. And I agree--there is NOTHING shameful or disgraceful about living in a trailer/mobile home. But lying about it or just evading the issue tells me that clearly Candy herself thinks it's something to be ashamed of.

KJ said...

Just checked the menu plan over at Candys and she is having Salmon Loaf on Thursday. Dare you to ask for the recipe! It might be as nice as the last salmon dish she prepared. (blegh)!!

You and I are not going to teach the devil anything. I fully believe the devil is at hand here with those anti- sites. Such hatred. It is so sad to see the hatred in those posts. I have decided to not comment on that blog anymore, it is getting no where since they are bent on hating this person."

We innocently started reading her blog through one source or another and said to ourselves, "What the Hell?" Or were told by Candy that we were going there anyway...

YOU seem bent on believing Candy. And that's okay.

I bet you a million dollars that sweeping the home is having a field day with Candy's new post. It is all about the exciting new trend of going to the grocery store. All the items she got, and how much she paid, I am on the edge of my seat, friends. I mean really riveting information. You don't love your country if you shop exclusively at Wal Mart. That is really all I can say. I am sure some of you do, and if it is out of finacial neccessity I can understand, but Wal Mart is evil. The force their vendors to operate in China, and they continually beat up mom and pop companies until they go out of buisness. They are wrong in capitalism.

It has nothing to do with logic, its about getting facts straight. Talk about talking in circles. The whole purpose of this blog is to make fun of someone, how is that Christian?

Now, I fully agree with the above statement. I try to stay away from there but will shop there if I need to. I still would not buy meat from there or any produce. The produce I get each week for a ministry I have, looks better and tastes better then what they stout as fresh and mine is at least a week old.

The mother was saved. She worked in the bakery at Walmart and then was laid off after Christmas. The mother used to drive her van to work. For Candy's birthday, her mother gave her cash and she got a new KJV bible with a cover.

Candy homeschooled herself the last two years of high school. Prior, she had a difficult time in school.Hmmmm, I wonder why?

I bought some canned salmon just to see what it was like. My question, why does she defend canned salmon?

I missed her asking for money from her readers. Her old blog is no more.

candyisascrazyasitgets has moved to http://www.candyisaliar.blogspot.com/ said...

Well first I don't think this blog ever stated to be a Christian Blog. It is a blog full of Christians though. I have never stated that I was a Christian, so then who is getting their facts wrong. How can I get your comment incorrectly when I cut and paste? Do you know what circular means, Ginger. What facts have we missed, and if we are lying like Candy (as you stated " all are so worried about facts from Candy yet, you can not get yours right either") why don't you have the same disdain for Candy as you do for us? I am sure this will take a while for it to sink in. Which means you may want to take a couple of days and digest it with your sun tea. You make no sense. Once again, how are our facts wrong? How are we talking in circles. Your assumptions make you look foolish, when you make unsubstantiated claims. I now know why you have a difficult time with now and know. See how I used it.

Candy and Erik did own outright the house in Akron, Colo. but they are now renting the single-wide trailor. They had a 2500 sq.ft. brick home that USED to be a Head Start program or something like that. They moved because the city council wanted them to put up a 6 ft. fence to hide all the old cars Erik was working on, and said they'd be fined if it wasn't done. Erik got mad about the city "telling him what to do", and he and the MENSA candidate decided it would be better to move into an RV for several months and go to Oklahoma rather than put up a $1000 fence and stay in a PAID OFF HOME that had pleny of room for their family. Now the kids get to be crammed into a spider infested dump...but hey, they sure showed those city council people in Akron!!

mr. has it nailed in regards to Candy demographics. I was reading a "Baptist KJV Homemaking" blog and the entry a few years ago mentioned her son, James. One comment talked to another blogger about parenting. Candy mentioned that her home was on a corner. Per sattelite google, the property is on a corner and mapquest.

I am thinking I need to return to my career....way too much time on my hands.

My mother served us canned salmon and it was like eating cat food. Candy only eats it because she can't afford fresh or even frozen salmon. Just like she can't afford medical care. I found one post she left on another blog admitting to having a previous kidney problem that caused bleeding during her second pregnancy. She said she coudn't afford to go the hospital. She claims it went away on it's own. Are you kidding me? She's very reckless with her health (spider bites) so she must be likewise with her kid's health. Candy makes a huge effort to insist all these decisions are based on a mistrust of doctors. She's lying! Candy can't admit to being poor.

The quality or lack of quality regarding Walmart produce or meat should be the last reason a person doesn't shop at Walmart. I am astounded at the number of Christian homemakers who blog and shop at Walmart. chinaaid.org has page after page of cases concerning Christians being persecuted in China, and Walmart's China issues have been reported over and over. What's more important, you saving money versus a Chinese Christian's life? Oh, that's right, the Catholic Church is the Big Boogey Monster. Almost let the hate blinders slip there. Got to pinch those pennies at the expense of some poor Chinese pastor. Infanticide, forced abortion, oh well. Nothing to do with me and my comfortable American Christian life, right? Got to be the bestest little homemaker ever and stretch hubby's hard-earned dollar at Walmart. Remember, that's what's really important. Bottom line, YOUR convenience and budget, I'm sure Jesus understands.

They are poor, because Candy has stated that they put back as much money as they can for Erik's inventions. That man has to be incredibly selfish. I am sorry, but I would not let all my kids cram into one room and have my daughter share a room with me, all so daddy can waste time on inventions that suck money out of the family funds. It is one thing if you are working hard and that is the only way you can put a roof over your head, but it is entirely different if you are just being selfish with your money. His ebay site is something the government should be watching carefully.

Milehimama @ Mama Says said...

If not WalMart, where are you supposed to shop?

We boycott Chinese toys, now, and it's almost impossible to buy them off the shelf.

Target is full of Chinese goods, and even Ikea is packed full of it!

Aine,
you should read the Catholic bishop of Denver's letter on voting for pro-abortion candidates. He takes those "my convenience" morally relative voters to task for exactly that...he says that when you can stand in front of Jesus himself and explain why you did something, and have it not sound like a pathetic excuse, then maybe you can do that.

Except since he's Catholic you might have to gouge your eyes out and burn your computer for downloading it.

Candy is smooth...I'll give her that. She's letting people like Ginger and Kim take the heat for what she started. They are doing her dirty work for her and she's coming out smelling like roses to her "fans" or "friends" or whatever they call themselves!! If Candy was really interested in turning the other cheek or just ingoring these anti-Candy websites...she wouldn't be posting other's peoples comments about them. And she sure wouldn't dedicate a song to them. How blind can a person be. Jesus DID turn the other cheek...but I'm not Jesus. And Candy is not either...nor is Ginger, or Kim or some of Candy's other "minnions." Someone actually has to stand up to Candy and her intolerance. Where Elena and her sight are using Scripture to fight her...this site is using sarcasm and brains and yes, sometimes just plain nastiness to fight her. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see Candy's clear anti-Catholic bigotry. There is very little postings from her about other religions. What about Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, Wicca, Church of Satan, Scientology? Why pick on one religion? I could just go on and on about this comment...It's great!! And they again wonder why people call us Christians "hypocrits".

It would break my heart to have to tell my child, "Sorry honey, we can't get your cavity filled this month, Daddy needs to buy $200 worth of capacitors and test leads from Australia and have them shipped here, that costs a lot of money, but its ok that's daddy "Dream Job"". Good job mom! Feed your kids on Wal-mart canned salmon so your man can have his toys.

Working Up to Zero, I have to agree with you. I really and truly do feel sorry for her and the children after reading that he has probably spent over $300.00 (not including shipping) on Ebay items over the last 90 days while she is "stretching her hubby's hard earned money" at Walmart by feeding the children canned junk. (I LOVE my mother's salmon patties, BTW. So I am not ripping on her for that. But we didn't HAVE to eat them because my father was blowing our grocery money on EBAY.)

I won't lie, we have bought Ebay stuff and my DH does like his toys from time to time. We're not rich, but we're not even close to poor. I do like to save money. But we as parents would do without buying other stuff if it meant that I had to feed my kiddos like that every single week. I love my hubby dearly and I try to be respectful to him, but I would NEVER EVER EVER EVER allow him to buy junk off of Ebay while my health or my kids health suffered. If he bought one single thing and I couldn't afford to buy good groceries or go to the doctor or buy clothes that weren't from Goodwill I would absolutely lose it. Fortunately, my husband is a great man with a good job that provides us with wonderful health insurance and a solid roof over over our heads while I get to be a SAHM. Candy claims that her DH is a "Mr. Visionary Man", but that almost sounds like an excuse for selfish and anti-social behavior. She has commented to me before that she will pray for me (I am Catholic). After reading that ebay list, I think that I need to pray FOR HER.

***As a disclaimer, I am saying this as someone from the outside looking in, so her real life situation may be different than what it appears to be when you scratch below the pretty little surface of her blog. I definitely pray that it is!

I agree with your statement completely kitkat.

Heck, I should say that I AM A CATHOLIC. Milehimama, could I be anything else? With my Magnificat, my bible, my rosaries, my brood of children? :o) I'm a proud Catholic, follower of Jesus Christ, my Savior. I did type that last post late in the evening, or very early in the morning, I may have left off my sarcasm tag. Rats.

I can't count the number of times I paid more for a product not made in China when the chinese made one was cheaper. Our convictions hit us in our wallet, our very very very slim and almost empty wallet, but that's ok, it's a decision we can live with.

By the way, I subscribed to your blog. :o)

Canned salmon, don't be hating, y'all. It's my dinner tonight! Maybe it's like fruitcake?

And no, I get no sponsorship from Bumblebee. If they are reading this blog, I'm open to it, though.

Canned salmon is good for salmon croquettes (patties as some call them), but that slop she prepared looked nothing like salmon to me. Maybe, it is because I buy the pink canned salmon? I don't know, but I couldn't eat canned salmon just plopped on a plate with a side of "sock'em to me" salad or whatever she called it. The people that raved about the appearance of that crap on her website must have just gotten out of prison.

he's spent over $200 just for the month of June...it is kind of sad that she's trying so hard to live frugally and spend as little as possible and then he's spending over $200 in one month of e-bay stuff.

I am compelled to clear some things up. First they are not poor because he spends money on crap for his "inventions", although that doesn't help matters. They are poor because HE WON"T WORK AT A REAL JOB that pays a decent wage. He is hooked up with the same group that he was with 15 years ago in New Jersey where he received no money, but he and Candy did get room and board and she had to make the meals. They keep stringing him along with a $500 a week stipend and promises of tripling that weekly amount when the group gets financial investors. Of course if the group has investors, Erik will NEVER see any $$$ from them. It will all go in the head guy's pocket because Erik is too ignorant to realize it. He has no contract or any documents giving him financial protection in case he ever does come up with a viable invention. He is smart enough to invent something, this group realizes it, and they are playing him for a sucker. He could easily get a regular job with his skills doing computer repair, car repair, or even working on private jet engines...all things he did in his 20's, but he says this is his "calling". Is he selfish...YES, self-absorbed...YES, narrow-minded...YES!!! And the kicker is he blames all this on GOD. Candy is just as guilty. She revels in the role of subservient wife. It allows her to play the victim under the guise of a good christian wife. She used to stand up to Erik more and push him to get better jobs, but I think she realizes that is useless, so she's going with the "I have to stretch hubby's hard-earned dollar" routine to cover the fact that HE IS JUST LAZY AND SELFISH. Also, to Concernedcitizen...his ebay listing saying his location is Colo. just means he hasn't changed that information. TRUST ME...I know he's been in Oklahoma for 4 years now.

Well, "Mr." thanks for info. They are just as crazy as I thought. I guess ebay doesn't make you change your address for mailing purposes. Maybe it is just paypal that does.

He should be embarrassed to be seen with the way they make those children live and her too.

I am glad you found this site. I know you weren't getting posted on other sites and I know Candy was flipping out on you on her site.

Aine,
I do have to ask, where do you even FIND stuff not made in China? I can barely order off the internet - let alone find things in town. Children's shoes, for example?

I try to boycott country of manufacture rather than store, unless I KNOW the store is on the current prolife boycott list.

I use Paula Deen's recipe for "Salmon Croquettes" and it's really good. My kids fight over them.

And it's one of her few recipes that don't call for a stick of butter, LOL!

Wow, Mr. That is so sad. It explains alot, though. I never really bought into the whole "Mr. Visionary" excuse. I have read a few blogs where wives describe their husbands in that way but the world would consider them selfish and lazy. My own friend, who stopped talking to me because of Candy's blog, also describes her husband in that way. (He's selfish and lazy too, btw) These are guys who often are book smart but socially inept and want to play by their own rules in the hopes that someday it will all pay out. "God has a plan and he'll take care of us!" My father always told me that the Lord helps those who help themselves. He was a hard worker and a good provider just like my DH. It pains me when a man won't be a man and take care of his family instead of following his own dreams at his family's expense.

So so sad.....

Oh How I Love Mr.
That is just it. I have to think you know them rather personally. I thought it was hillarious when she posted a comment made from one of her family member to refute, but all it did was give people like me real insight into her life, and help me understand the farse that she is.

In response to CIACAIG,

I have known the Brauer family for many years, and in their defense I must state that NONE of the rest of them are like Erik...or Candy either. They are true christians, and some are even (gasp) Catholics. Some family members do unburden themselves to people very close to them who really know the whole story and can lend a sympathetic ear. They find his irresponsible behavior as a father apalling and his unwillingness to earn a living to provide for his children shameful. If he was not capable of providing for them it would be different, BUT HE IS...AND HE WON'T!. He says his inventions are for the greater good of mankind and it would be unchristian of him not to follow his "calling." His kids already don't get enough to eat and they're not even teenagers yet! When they go out to eat, every scrap of food is consumed...even stuff like parsley or fruit wedges meant to decorate the plate. Candy's statements about the "feasts" she cooks are a gross exaggeration. Candy has also boasted how she doesn't allow snacks either. With 3 out of 4 children being boys, this situation will only intensify as they get older. Those kids need all the prayers they can get. I could go on and on and on with other examples of neglectful parenting, but I wouldn't know where to start!!!

I am with you Mr.. I don't think there is anything wrong with the children (yet), and I know very little about her or his relatives and would never make a judgment about people I know nothing about. I am sure that his family members must have a very difficult time with her and him. I mean, considering the amount of judgment they pass upon everyone, I can only imagine that it grows tiring within minutes. Thank you very much for your insight and I am very happy to have you join this site. You are allowing a real inside perspective into their lives, and help combat the false image that is being portrayed and other women are trying to follow
